The Indian government has announced it will soon install 10 million LED lights across all its states to help in the clean-up of the country’s rivers and lakes.

The project, which aims to reduce the amount of pollution from urban sprawl, will also help to feed India’s poor.

In a statement, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “We are going to see the results of this project and see the light of a bright new day.”

It’s an ambitious project, with the hope that people in cities will have an easier time getting around in the country, as it will give them a better quality of life.

The lighting is being provided by the Indian Government’s National Green Infrastructure Programme, or NGI.NGI, or the National Green Investment Plan, aims to help create 1 billion jobs over the next five years.
