How to make kale salad in a pressure cooker

When I’m craving kale, I’m not the only one.

In my hometown of Houston, Texas, kale is one of the most popular vegetables and one of my go-to dishes when I’m hungry.

So I decided to try my hand at making my own kale salad.

This recipe is an easy, flavorful, and filling recipe that can be made in a Pressure Cooker.

Ingredients 1 head kale leaves, stems removed and chopped into 1 inch cubes 1 tbsp olive oil 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 tbsp vinegar 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp black pepper 1/3 cup water 1/5 cup water (1 can) cornstarch Instructions Preheat the pressure cooker.

Add the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the pressure cookers pressure cooker and sauté on high for 2 minutes.

Add in the water and cornstech and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and cook for about 10 minutes.

Turn off the heat.

Pour the water into a bowl and add the cornstarchs water.

Mix and let sit for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, add the kale.

Taste the kale and add salt and pepper if needed.

Serve the kale salad with cornstich.

Recipe Notes The best way to prepare kale is to remove the stems and chop them into smaller pieces, then use them to make the dressing.

If you want to make a thicker salad, try a salad with more leaves, a few cloves of garlic, and/or a bit more vinegar.
